Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, tell us and we will sign every device out.
What you may not do
Do not copy a recording for anyone else, do not strip the watermark, and do not try to break into the site. Any of those ends your account and the licences on it.
Who owns what
The artists own their recordings. iOwnDigital owns the site, the player and the artwork around it. Neither transfers to you when you buy something.
Which law applies
Japanese law, and the courts of Tokyo.
