Getting Started
A quick tour of your account. Everything you need to know in under two minutes.
My Library
Every concert, documentary and performance you own lives here, forever. No subscription, no expiry. Browse your titles, stream them in the web player, or download the file. Three downloads are included per title.
Visit My LibraryMy Preferences
Pick the genres you love and the artists you want us to watch for. The more you tell us, the sharper your Suggested For You becomes. Your preferences are private, and we do not share them with vendors or anyone else.
Set preferencesAccount
Update your name, email and phone number. Every sign in uses a second step, a six digit code we email you, so there is nothing to switch on. Control your email updates. Export a copy of your data at any time, or permanently delete your account.
Open Account settingsDevices and Downloads
Every title you own includes three downloads. Your account holds up to three device seats. The first device you stream or download on is registered automatically; each new one after that asks you to approve it, by email, from a device you already use. You can swap them any time from the Account page.
